How to Re-Restore your iPhone and iPad from iOS 5.x to iOS 5.x so long as you have the SHSH Blobs saved for the firmware you are currently on and the firmware you would like to restore to.
Important: You DO NOT QUALIFY for iOS5-to-iOS5 restores if you got to your current 5.x via an OTA (Over-the-Air) update.

Download latest version of Redsn0w from here.
How to Re-Restore your iPad from iOS 5.x to iOS 5.x Windows tutorial below :
1- Create a folder on your desktop called Pwnage, then download redsn0w and place it in the Pwnage folder then extract it in the same place and download 2 iOS firmwares (currently and restoring one) From here and here.
2- Right click or control-click the redsn0w.exe application and choose Run as administrator.
3- Click Extras from the main menu.
4- Click Even More from the Extras menu.
5- Click Restore from the Even More menu.
6- Click IPSW from the Restore menu, choose the IPSW you would like to restore to from the window that appears, and click Open.
7- Redsn0w will prompt you to connect your device. Do so, then click the Ok button.
8- If you need to point RedSn0w to another firmware ipsw it will ask you to do so. If you are re-restoring the same firmware version, RedSn0w will check Cydia to see if you have the correct blobs saved.
If RedSn0w is unable to find your blobs automatically you can try to click the Remote button to try again or you can click the Local button to search for blobs on your computer.
9- RedSn0w will place your iPad into recovery mode.
RedSn0w will now restore your device.
10- Well done when your restore has completed successfully.

TweetAlthough there is too many wonderful features , we suffered from many issues in iOS 6 just like slow speed in App. Store while moving from part to another .
A lot of users believed that this problem is a result of the proved graphics but we found that this problem is due to location base genius for Apps which uses location based services and will take more time as compared to normal app store. So, by turning it off, you will see improved speed in App Store.
- Open settings and scroll down and open “Privacy”
- From here, select “Location Services”
- Now, Scroll down and select the “System Services”
- Here, you will find “Genius for Apps”, Turn it off.
- After doing so, go back to Home screen and quit the “App Store”. Again launch it and problem should have been fixed now
