Nicholas Allegra, a.k.a.Comex — the iOS hacker responsible for the popular jailbreak tool JailbreakMe — has parted ways with Apple after interning there for a little over a year.

Last August, Comex broke the news that sent shockwaves through the jailbreak community, announcing that he would be joining the very company whose security he’d successfully undermined more than once.

Is it possible that Comex might pick up where he left off in the jailbreak community?

As for why Comex and Apple parted ways? Comex unenthusiastically lends the reason via Twitter:

The explanation is a bit vague, but he doesn’t sound too happy about the way things went down with Apple. Perhaps this could be a motivating factor for getting involved with jailbreaking again?

If anything, it seems the famed hacker wants to clear the air about anyone accusing him of “selling out”.

Also, to clear the record a bit: anyone who thinks I “sold out” for money doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

We certainly don’t think he sold out. To be able to work for a company that you’ve admired for years isn’t something that comes around often. He had the opportunity to do just that, and he took it. We certainly can’t fault him for that.

And regards whether or not he decides to make a comeback in the community, that’s his call. He’s already done enough to seal his status, and besides, other talented hackers are making good progress as it is. Case in point:

How to Re-Restore your iPhone and iPad from iOS 5.x to iOS 5.x so long as you have the SHSH Blobs saved for the firmware you are currently on and the firmware you would like to restore to.

Important: You DO NOT QUALIFY for iOS5-to-iOS5 restores if you got to your current 5.x via an OTA (Over-the-Air) update.

How to Re-Restore your iPad from iOS 5.x to iOS 5.x Windows tutorial below :

1- Create a folder on your desktop called Pwnage, then download redsn0w and place it in the Pwnage folder then extract it in the same place and download 2 iOS firmwares (currently and restoring one) From here and here.

2- Right click or control-click the redsn0w.exe application and choose Run as administrator.

3- Click Extras from the main menu.
4- Click Even More from the Extras menu.
5- Click Restore from the Even More menu.

6- Click IPSW from the Restore menu, choose the IPSW you would like to restore to from the window that appears, and click Open.

7- Redsn0w will prompt you to connect your device. Do so, then click the Ok button.

8- If you need to point RedSn0w to another firmware ipsw it will ask you to do so. If you are re-restoring the same firmware version, RedSn0w will check Cydia to see if you have the correct blobs saved.

If RedSn0w is unable to find your blobs automatically you can try to click the Remote button to try again or you can click the Local button to search for blobs on your computer.

9- RedSn0w will place your iPad into recovery mode.

RedSn0w will now restore your device.

10- Well done when your restore has completed successfully.

 

Although there is too many wonderful features , we suffered from many issues in iOS 6 just like slow speed in App. Store while moving from part to another .

A lot of users believed that this problem is a result of the proved graphics  but we found that this problem is due to location base genius for Apps which uses location based services and will take more time as compared to normal app store. So, by turning it off, you will see improved speed in App Store.

• Open settings and scroll down and open “Privacy”
• From here, select “Location Services”
• Now, Scroll down and select the “System Services”
• Here, you will find “Genius for Apps”, Turn it off.
• After doing so, go back to Home screen and quit the “App Store”. Again launch it and problem should have been fixed now
