We all know that T-Mobile had been striving to carry the iPhone for quite some time and still cannot get a hold of it. Well, it is very understandable why Apple wouldn’t give sell its iPhone via T-Mobile since the carrier had seen a drawback in performance. 802,000 customers at T-Mobile have shifted from contract to pre-paid plans! Now T-Mobile made it clear to its retail staff that it is targeting to sell “against the iPhone 5” on the 21^st of September.

TmoNews informed us just a while ago that T-Mobile sent a memo to its employees that encourage its retail staff to start selling against the iPhone 5 on the 21^st of September. This is the date many sources are pointing to as when the iPhone 5 will be finally available to the public to purchase. Do you think T-Mobile would base its training plans on just rumors?

It is worth noting that T-Mobile serves more than one million iPhone customers on its network. This was after the carrier shifted to 1900MHz 3G network (and 4G at WWDC) enabling users to enjoy magenta’s network!

We have more news from T-Mobile and it concerns those who own unlocked devices. In another memo, T-Mobile announced that it will sell updated MicroSIM kits to enable users to use their iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S devices on T-Mobile’s network! The “Monthly4G microSIM kits” will allow users to enjoy some great unlimited data plan offers at T-Mobile and are expected to be available for purchase by the 29^th of August.
